Other drawings and documents can be emailed to sales@rgsmats.com after submitting. Include only relevant information and avoid unnecessary personal information in documents.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Enquiry information is used to review your requirements, prepare a quotation, clarify specifications and respond to you. It is not used to add you to a marketing mailing list.

Where you are enquiring on your own behalf, the purpose is to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Business contact enquiries are handled for the legitimate interest of responding to commercial requests. If optional website analytics is enabled, it is used only with your consent.

SERVICE PROVIDERS & SHARING

OpenAI Sites publishes this website on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare also provides Turnstile security checks and the D1 rate-limit database for form protection. Resend sends enquiry notifications, including any attached PDF, and customer acknowledgements. Google Workspace holds the RGS mailboxes receiving enquiries. These services process information needed for those functions. Relevant project information may need to be shared with manufacturing, supply or logistics partners to review a requirement. Only provide documents you are authorised to share.

KEEPING YOUR INFORMATION

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it is needed to respond, maintain relevant commercial records and meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on whether the enquiry proceeds to an order and the records involved.

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or request a portable copy. If optional analytics is active, you can withdraw consent through “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
